Paddington Square was conceived by award-winning Shard developer Sellar and designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop.
Sellar is developing the project on behalf of owners Great Western Developments Ltd., a joint venture between Hotel Properties Limited (“HPL”) and Anchorage View Pte. Ltd. (“AVPL”).
Paddington Square features 14 floors of light, flexible workspace, an occupier club and terrace, almost fifty retail, leisure and restaurant spaces and West London’s highest rooftop restaurant. The project is located at Paddington Station, the only transport hub with direct connections to all major London stations and Heathrow airport, and incorporates a new Bakerloo line ticket hall and entrance and a curated public art walk within a landscaped 1.35-acre public square.
Sellar is an award-winning property developer with a reputation for delivering innovative and high-quality mixed-use projects that champion design, wellbeing and sustainability, and challenging conventional approaches to design and place making to create places for a better tomorrow.
